2. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to serve you:

Browsing data: technical information collected automatically during your visit to the Website (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited), through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.
The Website is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors under the age of 15 without the consent of the person exercising parental responsibility.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
-
Responding to enquiries and quote requests submitted through the contact form, e-mail, or phone (legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
-
Organising and delivering our services for your event (legal basis: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Complying with our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Recipients of the data
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Access to it may be granted only to:
-
Service providers acting on our behalf as data processors (e.g. the Website’s hosting provider, our e-mail service provider), bound by appropriate contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
-
Partners involved in delivering your event (e.g. collaborating fireworks crews), only to the extent strictly necessary.
-
Public authorities, where required by law.
Your data is, as a rule, stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). In the event of a transfer outside the EEA, we ensure that the appropriate GDPR safeguards are in place (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention period
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: contact messages for up to 24 months from the last contact; contract-related details for the duration of our collaboration and thereafter for as long as required by tax and other legal obligations; and data based on consent until that consent is withdrawn. After the above periods have elapsed, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Cookies
The Website uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on your device. We use:
-
Strictly necessary cookies, which are essential for the operation of the Website and do not require consent.
-
Statistics/performance cookies, which help us understand how the Website is used. These are set only if you allow them.
-
Third-party cookies that may be placed by embedded content, such as videos (e.g. YouTube/Vimeo) or social media elements (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Website.
7. Third-party links and social media
The Website contains links to our pages on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and may embed content from third-party platforms. These platforms are governed by their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read. We are not responsible for the data processing practices of third-party websites.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL), restricted access to the data, and regular updates of our systems. Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we review our measures regularly.
